Talks
Postgraduate students and post-docs are encouraged to give a 15 min
talk followed by 5 min discussion.
Presentations can be delivered in the following formats:

Please note we cannot support Macintosh file formats.
Registration Fee
The workshop registration fee is 20000 HUF (~78 EUR). The fee
must be paid upon arrival at the registration. It covers the abstract booklets, the
welcome reception party (Thursday evening), the coffee breaks and
the lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday.
Financial support
Participants presenting their work can apply for a reduction
of the registration fee. If you apply for a reduction please detail the
condition upon which you need support in the box of the registration form.
For a limited number of presenting students/postdocs from low
income countries we will contribute to their accomodation costs. Please indicate in your application if you need it.
Accomodation
We have booked 29 places in student dormitories (in one- and two-bed rooms).
These places will primarily be made available for participants in financial need. Any remaining
spaces will be offered to those who require them in a first come first
served basis.

Meal
Lunch and dinner will be included in the registration fee. Meal will be hosted in one of the university's canteens (see the map).
Arriving
On motorway (215 Km): Take M3 from Budapest to Gorbehaza then M35 to Debrecen. At Debrecen exit at Debrecen-Eszak (Debrecen-North) towards the city, then follow the sign "Debreceni Egyetem" (University of Debrecen).
By train: From Budapest-Nyugati railway station to Debrecen ~3 hours by Intercity Train
Train Schedule
From Budapest-Ferihegy Airport:
- By airport bus No 200 from Ferihegy II terminal (through terminal I) to Kbnya-Kispest (~25 min).
From Kbnya-Kispest take subway No 3 to Budapest-Nyugati railway station (~20 min).
- There is a direct train connection from Ferihegy I terminal to Debrecen.
Please note, however, that if you take the Intercity from Ferihegy train
station you have to change, so we recommend to take a direct speed train ("gyors
vonat" in Hungarian).
